I am definitely a stress snacker. I’ve been stressed with my job lately and I’ve noticed that difference. Even when I was taking Phentermine to help me lose weight. I’ll be going back on it next week, so fingers crossed I can get my stress under control. But, I may have to look into this suppressant. It sounds delicious!
I’m a constant grazer . It keeps my blood sugar more stable, and I’m TERRIBLE about getting veggies in there unless it’s a meal.

I am definitely a snacker. Or a “grazer” as my family likes to call it. I’d much rather eat snacks than full meals! However, I have noticed that snacking is how I gain weight, so I’ve definitely gotten better control over it.
I have never seen this product before, I definitley love my snacks, though i often simply forget to grab them because i am so busy with everything else!
I’ve never tried any appetite control products. However, I’m not like a manic snacker. I snack when the food is around, so I’d call myself ‘availability snacker’ I guess. Haha. But when it’s not I just don’t. I do love chocolate bars, though, but only when they are around. This isn’t very often since I don’t buy them for home!

Personally, I’m not a fan of appetite suppressants but I understand why they are popular. I am definitely a mindless snacker and I find that if I track what I eat I am suddenly much more aware of how much is going in! I find making dinner the worst time for snacking!

I don’t know really know what type of snacker I am, because I snack less when I’m stressed, but when I sit in front of my laptop and start to write I can’t stop grabbing snacks. I’ve never tried Meta Appetite Control, but sounds as healthy substitutes for snacks.
Curbing your cravings or stopping yourself from eating snacks when you work at home isn’t as easy as when you’re in the office. I think it’s nice that there’s a product that can help us out!

LOL, I am totally that stressed out snacker! I try to limit the snacks I have in my house because of it! I’m so anxiety prone that I find myself snacking on my kids’ snacks! This is such a great alternative! I haven’t heard of it but I will definitely look into it now! I need this! haha
