Even though I don’t have any qualms about going to the doctor, I know there are simple, natural, and inexpensive ways of taking care of minor ailments, such as a sore throat and sinus infection. In the past few years, I have had my fair share of going back and forth to the doctor for the latter. There wasn’t much that they could do except put me on antibiotics, which took a few days to fully take effect. As you may already know, our bodies become immune to antibiotics, as the antibiotics become resistant and ineffective over time. As I have mentioned previously, there are more natural and less expensive ways to take care something as minor as sinus infection, or even a sore throat, ear ache, sore muscles, tonsillitis, mumps, and much more! This is where Lympha Rub by TriLight Health comes into play.
Lympha Rub ($8.95) is a simple and gentle, yet potent and versatile essential oil remedy that is gluten free and vegan. Not only it doesn’t contain gluten or animal by-products, but it doesn’t contain salt, sugar, alcohol, starch, or preservatives either. The key ingredients are a combination of Cajeput, Lemon, Lavender, Clove, Myrrh and Chamomile in a base of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Suggested Use: A few drops under the ear, rubbed onto the neck, into swollen lymphatic glands, or for older children and adults, a few drops applied inside the back of the throat (one drop per 50 lbs. body weight, 3 drops maximum) will help with coughs.
I normally use Sinus Buster Nasal Spray for immediate relief for sinus and nasal congestion, but I’ve found that the Lympha Rub works just as good. Not only it provides leeway for my nasal passages, but it isn’t discomforting as Sinus Buster. Sinus Buster uses capsicum extract, which can be uncomfortable at times since it immediately causes a burning sensation. Alternately, oregano oil supplements does wonders for the sinuses!
Overall, I have had a good experience with Lympha Rub so far. Once my supply depletes, I will definitely be making a purchase for another one!
I have a miserable cold as we speak and nothing else seems to be working, so I would definitley give this stuff a chance!
