My faith in God has molded and shaped me into the person I am today. It has humbled me, teaching me not take anything for granted since it can be taken at any given moment. It has also taught me to be compassionate, non-judgmental, free-hearted, respectful, kind, and understanding. It has even given me the strength to endure the inevitable obstacles of life. That is why I want the same values instilled in my children at a young age. I want them to have everlasting faith in God while following the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
My 9-year-old son loves learning about God, Jesus Christ, and other characters in the bible. My daughter, who turns 3 years old in a few months, hasn’t fully grasped who God and Jesus Christ are, but she knows that both are important.
