‘Tis the season! Hardly anything conjures the holiday spirit better than with shades of red and green. I already know what toys and gifts I’ll be picking up for Christmas. While I love Christmas shopping as much as the next girl, I realize the very best thing that I love to do is getting our home ready for the season with entertaining and decorating inspirations.
I’m anxious to get our home ready for the holiday season! Our tree will be coastal-inspired, featuring seaworthy ornaments from Tommy Bahama. We’re also currently in the process of embellishing our deck with loops of garland intertwined with clear, glowing lights. This will be a welcoming sight to our holiday guests. When creating an outdoor light display, I work with the layout of our home. That’s why the Night Stars Landscape Lighting Premium Series (Dual Red and Green with Remote; $199.99) from Viatek came in at a perfect time!
I love how these decorative lights give the look of stars twinkling in the night sky! It adds a splash of color and interest to our home and yard. The Night Stars Landscape Lights are decorative lights that are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It projects points of brightly colored lights onto walls, landscapes, garden, gazebos, pools, and dance floors, to name a few. You can create an instant atmosphere for entertaining and parties or add a splash of color and interest to your home, yard, or garden.
It projects red, green, or a combo of the two colors as well as an optional flash/pulse setting. It can give the look of stars twinkling in the night sky. The included Radio Frequency remote lets you control your Laser Light from anywhere in and around the house (not just close by the light). The built-in timer runs for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours and is also programmed from the remote. These decorative lights are bound to bring holiday cheer and will make a beautiful addition to any holiday décor!

My holiday decorating style is traditional. I like wreaths, bows, window candles, and icicle lights.
My holiday decorating style is you can never have enough and traditional red, greens and golds!
It’s too basic sadly. I could use this!
I love traditional. I have wreaths, bows . lots of flowers silver and gold!!!
I am a classic decorator and love the things passed on down in the family.
We usually put some lights outside, a wreath, some bows and some wooden decorations.
I used traditional & homemade pieces that have been passed on to me, and have kept the story going. My hubby is a humbug with holidays, so I can’t get any help on the outside love I would like other than a wreath on the door. This would really help me. Thanks for the chance!
My holiday style is very simple and classic. White twinkle lights with pine window swags with big red bows.
My holiday decorating style is traditional. I love things that have been passed down through generations.

My Holiday decorating style is traditional with wreaths, candles, lighted garlands, lights on the outside and inside of house!
I love to decorate with lots of lights and decorations that move. I live right across the street from my parents and every holiday we have fun trying to out beat each other.
I love to decorate with plenty of lights. My decorations are pretty simple, but I go all out with lights.
Oh this is so nice! We love decorating with lights too. It just adds more of that joyful ambiance to the house. I feel so relaxed sitting out on the front porch watching the tiny lights.

I like to keep with the traditional, red, green, and gold. But I scatter some retro deco we’ve been given from our childhood too to keep it family focused
I just looked at one of these today! But then that would take away the fun of my husband helping me decorate the entire outside of the house! Lol

My holiday decoration style is very traditional and German. Red and White and handmade straw stars and of course real candles.
That looks so neat. Really, it does. Sometimes the lighting people can do can be too much and not pretty. Christmas decor is the most beautiful thing and I dont like when people make it all cheesy.
Very cool. We have something similar and it is gorgeous! No ladders here!
I don’t know that I actually have a “style” per say, I just love being creative with my decorating. I like to change things up every year so that it’s always a different atmosphere to enjoy!
My holiday decorating style is simple and eclectic. We have decorations which don’t really go together, but they mean something to each of us.
I love to decorate my house for the holidays. I live on a dead end road and live in the last house on the left, so no one comes to see my house. I take pictures and send them to my family for they are a few hours away and we travel north to see them. I would love to try these lights here and show them what they are missing! I love the gingerbread house look on my place.
My holiday decorating style is traditional and lush. I love clear lights, lots of them, sparking, dark red ribbons, glass ornaments and such.
I like simple blue lights
I also like the white icicle lights simplicity is the key
I would have to say my style is eclectic, no tradition or methodology.
I have a modern holiday decorating style. I love sleek looking lights and decorations.
I am a traditional decorator but actually would love to break out of that a little and become a bit more modern.
I love lots of color and lots of sparkle love santas and snowman
We keep it mostly traditional. We do put lights on the house for a little splash
Wellllll..I guess traditional would be my style with a flare of “I’m getting tired let’s just slap it up” lol
My holiday style is modern and nostalgia mixed together. I love to buy new ornaments, lights and decorations each year. I also though like to use all of the above that we have used before and some which I used when I was growing up.
