Despite what the weather may indicate, summer is gently but steadily coming to an end. I can’t say I’m complaining because fall is my favorite season! I adore how the lush green leaves gradually become scarlet red and deep purple anthocyanins, as well as brilliant orange and yellow carotenoid colors; the abundance of pumpkin recipes that dominate the season; the seasonal aromas that pervade the air; the cool, crisp breeze; and the fashion.
