Hannah and Brady were on their honeymoon in New Zealand when they developed a newfound love for muesli. Muesli became their staple every morning. It wasn’t long before after they returned home that Hannah sought to replicate a New Zealand-style muesli inspired by memories from her honeymoon!
Seven Sundays is a company started by a couple, Hannah and Brady, who were on their honeymoon in New Zealand. “Inspired by honeymoon memories and focusing on simple but unique ingredients, Hannah created the recipe that became their Original New Zealand recipe. Three more recipes and a year later, they were back home in Minnesota, testing the products at their local farmer’s market.”
Delicious and Healthy Muesli from Seven Sundays
Their mission is to clean up the cereal aisle and make breakfast special again. They are going back to the basics, with nutrient-dense grains, nuts, seeds, fruits, and muesli. Muesli is quite simply the least processed form of cereal in the world. With real ingredients like whole grain oats, whole grain rye, whole-grain barley, organic honey, pecans, coconut, flaxseeds, nuts, sunflower seeds, banana chips, and more, how could you say no to this? Not only this ready-to-eat cereal is delicious, but it is also versatile. Muesli may be substituted for rolled oats or oatmeal in any recipe that asks for them.
A small amount of muesli may be added to cookies, muffins, and even pancakes to make them healthier and more delicious. It also makes a tasty topping for ice cream, especially Seven Sundays’ Rise & Shine Mix Strawberry Banana Nut. When using as an add-in in ice cream, we enjoy customizing and experimenting with other add-ins like chocolate syrup. It is essentially a fail-proof treat that the whole family enjoys!
Seven Sundays is available in a variety of flavors. Some of these flavors include Wild & Free Blueberry Chia Buckwheat, Early Riser Dark Chocolate Almond, Classic Bircher Apple Cinnamon Almond, Simple Morning Vanilla Cherry Pecan, and Farmers Market Almond Date Currant. You can currently find Seven Sundays at Kroger and online.
