The magic of autumn is finally seizing the midwest with seasonal scents like allspice, cloves, and cinnamon wafting in the air; a cool, crisp breeze; the fashion, lush green leaves fading to crimson red and deep purple anthocyanins as well as vibrant orange and yellow carotenoid pigments. That is just a mere sampling of autumn’s magic! To me, there’s nothing like bundling up in a cardigan, sipping on a piping hot mug of tea, sifting through the pages of a good book, and keeping the chill at bay with a throw or tartan blanket.
Every now and then, I love to replace that piping hot mug of tea with something cool and delicious as a smoothie. With an influx of pumpkin this and pumpkin that dominating the season, it is almost hard to forget the deliciousness of a caramel apple. Since it is National Apple Month, this is the perfect time to celebrate it with an apple recipe.
Today, I’m sharing an easy Caramel Apple Smoothie recipe that is scrumptious as it is comforting. It instantly conjures images of everything this beautiful season entails! Organic Stevia In The Raw® gives this smoothie the perfect amount of sweetness without the guilt. Recently joining the In the Raw family of sweeteners, Organic Stevia In The Raw comes in convenient packets. Each packet is only three calories. Organic Stevia In The Raw provides the sweetening equivalence of two teaspoons of sugar, which contains 32 calories.

Based on the ingredients it seems like it’s going to be so thick, but it doesn’t look that way at all. I’m excited to give this a try!
Mmmmm Mmmmmm Good is the first thing that came to mind as I read your post. I think pumpkin overshadows everything about the fall these days, so I liked reading about other flavors that seem to get put on the back burner. And as for the In The Raw products? I absolutely love them and use the same stevia you do. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to make it for myself!
