Beauty entrepreneur Courtney Adeleye broke barriers in entrepreneurship with her hair care line The Main Choice. Her 5-year-old daughter Lily is an entrepreneur in the making! When Lily isn’t playing with dolls or watching cartoons with her siblings, she enjoys learning about investments with her parents. Drawing inspiration from her mother, she cultivated her brand Lily Frilly with her mother’s help. The budding entrepreneur wanted to empower other young girls with Lilly Frilly.

“From the time Lily was 3, I knew then she had a business mindset. At an early age, as she watched me build a successful business from the ground up, it exposed her to many possibilities and goals, so with that, we didn’t wait until she was an adult to help her pursue them,” Courtney Adeleye told Black Enterprise.
