I love discovering new brands and trying out the latest products, so naturally I like the concept of subscription boxes. There are hoards of subscription box companies out there, yet there is always a new one popping up seemingly on a daily basis. My favorite type of subscription boxes are typically food or beauty related, especially anything that is organic and natural.
I was recently introduced to Wantable, a premium curated box service that offers three different boxes to choose from: Beauty, Intimates, or Accessories. For $36 a month or a one-time fee of $40 for one box, you’ll receive 4-5 items based on your interests. First, you’ll have to fill out a lengthy online survey by choosing the type of items (i.e. hosiery, shapewear, socks, and panties), styles (i.e. pretty & polished and fun & flirty), and colors (i.e. brights and neutrals) that you like or love and marking off the things that you dislike. This process may be time-consuming, yet it’s well worth the effort since you’re more apt at receiving the items that you love than you like. Also, you don’t have to be worried about them sending you something that you don’t like. This alone set themselves apart among the crowd of subscription services.

When you’re ready to relax, slip off your heels and hop into a pair of cozy slipper socks from MUK LUKS. My Customized December 2013 Intimates Box:

Total Value: $90
I’ll admit that I was a bit reluctant at trying on the Bella + Canvas Fleece Straight Leg Sweatpants at first. Not only sweatpants are shapeless and unflattering, I just never felt comfortable in loose clothing such as sweatpants. That’s why I have partiality to yoga pants, as they’re form-fitting, flattering, and enable me to move freely. Even though these aren’t exactly the kind of pants I’d wear out or work out in, they’re surprisingly comfortable, warm, and have a casual cuteness.
I typically go without socks or slippers around the house (and wonder why my feet are always cold in the winter), but that quickly changed once I slipped on the Muk Luks Nordic Wonder Slipper Socks. They’re beautifully well made and fit more comfortably and warmly than your average pair of socks or slippers!
Lastly, I received the Q-T Intimates Boyshorts in Animal Print and Coobie Soft Bra in Windchime. I’m utterly picky about bras. I want a bra that is flattering, fits comfortably, and holds me up well. The Coobie Soft Bra is supremely comfortable and flattering in cut and color. However, it doesn’t hold me up well, as it makes me look like I don’t have anything! 😀 As for the panties, boyshorts are about the only kind of underwear I WILL wear, and I love, love, love the style that they sent.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
