How to Diminish Cellulite Naturally

By now, you probably know that virgin coconut oil has a myriad of benefits, whether it’s for beauty or health. Some of the benefits are improving or healing many skin diseases (i.e. acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, keratosis polaris, and fungal infections), promoting weight loss, conditioning and strengthening the hair, reducing puffiness, bags, and wrinkles around the eyes; relieving mental fatigue, and it doesn’t stop there. The list goes on and on.

Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil

There are gazillions of creams and lotions that promise to help cellulite pull a disappearing act. To be honest, 99.9% of them simply just don’t work and most likely not intended to work. Laser treatments can cost thousands of dollars, but there are three things that make a major difference in the appearance of cellulite. That’s a body brush, organic virgin coconut oil, and drinking at least 1 liter of water a day. This method truly works, but it’s not for the impatient since it isn’t going to work overnight. Cellulite doesn’t happen overnight, after all. However, I can assure that after using the EARTH THERAPEUTICS Purest Palm Body Brush and coconut oil for a little over a month that those lumps and bumps are nowhere near as noticeable as they were in the beginning. This affordable treatment is still part of my daily regimen to continue to improve the look of my skin.
