Many companies have proven that you no longer have to sacrifice style for sustainability, using eco-friendly materials, such as bamboo, hemp, organic cotton, soy silk, to name a few. Completely free of toxic or artificial materials, Sprout Watches are natural and pleasant for the wearer since they’re made with sustainable materials. This includes conflict free diamonds, organic cotton, fish leather, bamboo, and corn resin.
I thought it would be the perfect time for my son to get a watch (ST/1047BKGYBK; $30) since he is learning how to tell time. The watch that he received is simplistic in style (charcoal grey), yet is a little more sophisticated and durable than an average kids watch. The color will almost go with any outfit since I’d say it’s more of a black than charcoal grey. The watch features a “charcoal grey” corn resin case & buckle, mineral crystal, black bezel, black organic cotton strap, natural bamboo dial with Arabic numerals, charcoal grey outside minute track and green sweep second hand.
Sprout is a socially responsible company hailing from E. Gluck Corporate – that has over 50 years of experience in the business. Their wide selection of watches are catered to men, women, and children. None of those watches contain lead, chemicals, or nickel that will easily irritate sensitive wrists. In fact, each watch runs on a mercury-free battery.
