Speak Now for Kids

Share this post:

Speak Now for Kids is an advocacy campaign of the National Association of Children’s Hospitals (N.A.C.H.) designed to engage child advocates in communicating with Congress before they cut funding for two key children’s health care programs: Medicaid, which funds health care coverage for one in three children in the U.S. and the Children’s Hospital Graduate Medical Education (CHGME) program which funds pediatric residency training.

Children cannot have a voice in making their needs known. We’re that voice on their behalf.

You can be that voice by sending a direct message or tweet to your congress. Here’s a listing of the congress in your state that are on Twitter. Also, you can download this flier for your child to color and send to their member of Congress.

You can join Speak Now for Kids on Twitter on from 2:00 to 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, November 16th by following the #dontcutkids tag and the @speaknowforkids account.
