I visited a Best Buy Mobile Specialty Store at the mall in my area a few months ago, and was delighted that they were up-and-up in selections of mobile and tablet devices from top leading carriers: Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. I’m always reluctant about going to a mobile store, because I don’t like dealing with pushy sales people, yet, it’s the norm in this day and age. I was more than surprised that their employees were nothing like that. Instead, they were friendly and helpful without being pushy in the least. I later learned that their employees are non-commissioned, which explained the lack of pushiness. Their employees are also highly trained and knowledgeable, so they can help you determine what is the best cell phone for you. They will also compare plans from different carriers. They can even set up and activate your new cell phone, transfer your contacts, and set you up with the complimentary Walk Out Working™ program.
There are currently 414 Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores nationwide, conveniently nestled in malls and shopping centers. Here’s a store locator that you can use to find one within your vicinity.
