I could hardly contain my excitement when I received the Sherrie Wedge Sandals in Blue (Originally: $89 Sale Price: $59.99; Available in Blue, Black, or Red), because these shoes were my first choice when MyBlogSpark presented the opportunity for me to review one of their new styles for spring.

I immediately fell feverishly in love with the textile print. It is elegant, yet playful – perfectly captures the essence of resort chic. Not only these wedges look extremely ‘maita’i’, but they’re utterly comfortable and they’re true to size! Originally $89, I can’t help but be a little tempted to buy the other pairs while they’re on sale.

• Smooth lining, cushioning insole features N5 Comfort System

• 1 1/4 inch textile platform midsole

• Non-slip outsole, 3 inch wedge heel

Exclusive to Naturalizer is the N5 Comfort System, which delivers key features including flexibility, softness, balance, breathability and lightness.

Noticeable Trends in the Spring 2012 Collection:

Retro Modern – As seen on the “Posh,” “Fira” and “Payton,” this trend captures a Seventies revival with modern day proportions like color blocking, clean/structured lines, and mixed material embellishments.

Island Spirit – As seen on the “Lulianna” and “Decade,” this playful trend dons bold prints, vibrant colors, and woven linens with a tropical feel, making for the perfect “getaway” shoe.
Caravan Culture – As seen on the “Sherrie” this trend invokes tribal tone canvas prints, Mediterranean hues, and strappy details, adding flair to woven and grainy leathers.

The spring collection blends comfort with desired fashion, resulting in a versatile shoe collection that is sure to make the feet of today’s fashion-forward woman happy through April showers and well into May flowers! With Naturalizer on your feet you can live your life and love your shoes!
