There hasn’t been a dull moment since our Heidi entered our lives. Each and every day has been an adventure with our beloved and respected family member; who is filled with boundless energy, selfless love and devotion. She’s also one of the most intelligent and mischievous dogs that we’ve ever had! Hardly a day goes by without our dog getting into some type of mischief. We probably should have named her Mischief instead of Heidi, yet we couldn’t envision her being any other way since she adds spark and laughter to our lives!

Lengthening our lifespan is one thing that generation after generation has been striving for since the dawn of time. Living a healthy lifestyle that is sufficient with proper nutrition and regular exercise have always been the key components of longevity. They’re also key components for pets. That is why my family and I take our two dog’s health with the utmost care, compassion, and consideration since they’re essentially part of us.

I’ll admit that I was apprehensive at first about introducing a different brand of dog food to Heidi since she can be picky at times. The fact that Petco’s Wholehearted Dog Food is affordable, yet made of premium ingredients that are nutritious and grain-free is what instantly captured my attention. That is why I couldn’t help but be curious to see how the Petco’s Wholehearted line would pan out. When I first introduced Petco’s Wholehearted line to my dog, she ate the food within minutes without proceeding with caution like she normally does with unfamiliar food. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted! I also marveled at the fact that it didn’t upset her stomach in the process.

Furthermore, Petco’s Wholehearted Dog Food line is made with simple, natural, and wholesome ingredients. Flavors like the Chicken and Pea Recipe, Salmon and Pea Recipe, and Beef and Pea Recipe are made with authentic ingredients. Chicken is actually the #1 ingredient in the Chicken and Pea Recipe! It also combined with vegetables, vitamins, minerals, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids to ensure that my dog is getting the nutrition that she needs. I don’t have to be concerned with glutens, grains, fillers, artificial flavors, preservatives or colors since the Petco’s Wholehearted Dog Food line is free from all of that. I can easily attest that my dog’s stomach hasn’t been happier!
