  • I happen to ADORE Spinach – and we all love Pasta – so I’m always on the look out for recipes like this one -that are fast easy, nutrition and easy to make variations on – depending on what one has a round in the kitchen,

    I hadn’t tried the original recipe yet – but I did make make a variation. First I sauteed and chopped FRESH SPINACH and substituted Feta Cheese for the Mozzerella. and for a splash of color and Mediterranean Flavor I sprinkle the finished tops with slipped pitted Kalamata olives – it was VERY good!

  • This is a recipe I plan on trying – we love lasagna and I am always trying to find ways to insert vegetables in our meals

  • I think I have been hit with cupid’s bow! I’m in luv with this recipe! I never heard of these noodles before – I can’t wait to see if our Whole Foods has them, I love veggie-style lasagna, this looks so good and sooo easy!!! yippee!
