First opened in 1960 by Bob and Marilyn Fierson, Fierson’s has become a bona-fide Bronxville institution. Renowned for the quality and selection of its clothes, the store has garnered a reputation for being “the place” for Bronxville residents looking for clothes with classic styling, impeccable tailoring and fine fabrics. Browse through timeless looks from top notch American designers, such as Ralph Lauren and Lilly Pulitzer, or fashion-forward European brands like Tartine et Chocolat and Jottum. A destination store for those with discriminating tastes, Fierson’s also routinely sees customers from neighboring towns, such as Scarsdale, Larchmont and Rye and neighboring states including Connecticut and New Jersey.
My son received the stately Nautical Polo Short Set ($39), which is perfect for any balmy weather adventure. The navy and white stripe polo features red boating-related raised insignia on the front and across the back. The collar and sleeves are uniquely distinctive with their navy ribbing trimmed in red. The three button placket front is nicely contrasted and the red buttons pull the look together. The soft and stretch jersey cotton is beautifully accented with red welting at the pockets and navy and white tie braid at the front waist.
Whether you’re planning on setting sail or letting your little guy simply have fun in the sun, this is the perfect outfit for those occasions!
I also can’t help but adore the Twirly Tiered Skirt & Shoe Top (
Was $164.50 Now $82.25), Shoe&Bag” Stripe Short Set” ($59.90), Beach Girls Short Set ($44), Petal-Yoke Collared Pink Dress with Panty ( Was $108.00 Now $54), and Italian White Top with Bejeweled Shoes and Navy Ribbon Skirt ( Was $250.00 Now $129.50).
