The Evenflo Bebek Collection is fairly new since it launched in mid-November. This line consists of bottles, nipples, and pacifiers that are all created to feel more like Mom, enabling the parent and baby to enjoy the bonding time that feeding provides.
I’m expecting my second child this summer. Therefore, the Evenflo® Bebek® Bottle (2-Pack) – 5 Ounces ($11.99) that I received will be perfect for me when helping my baby transition from latch to bottle. Between two children and working, I’m going to be one busy bee this summer! So, this is going to help me out tremendously.
I like that more and more companies such as Evenflo are making their products BPA-Free. I wish that there were more baby feeding products like this when my son was a baby. Currently 11 states have banned BPA from baby bottles and children’s sippy cups. I’m hoping that more states will jump on board since BPA is linked to a multitude of diseases and behavioral problems such as ADHD and Autism for children.
The other qualities that I like about this bottle set is that it has a superior, one-piece vented nipple that rapidly vents air bubbles into the bottle and not the baby’s tummy. Not only this feature enables it to reduce less gas, but you can expect less fussiness and colic. The soft, wide base nipple ensures an easier latch for your baby and for transition from breast to bottle.
The Evenflo® Bebek® Bottles are superbly designed where they don’t leak during feedings. They have a unique shape that is comfortable for the mother and her baby. They come in three different sizes – 8 oz. bottle – 1 pack ($6.99), 2 pack ($11.99), 5 oz. bottle – 1 pack ($6.99), 2 pack ($11.99), and 2 oz. bottle – 1 pack ($4.99).
It is also available as a Evenflo® Bebek® Starter Set ($22.99), which includes 2 oz., 5 oz. and 8 oz. bottles, small pacifier, pacifier holder, and bottle brush. This would make an excellent gift for a new mother! I also like the Evenflo® Bebek® Feeding Multi-Pack ($22.99), which includes the 2-5 oz. and 1-8 oz. bottles, formula/snack container and bottle brush.
I also received the Evenflo® Bebek® Silicone Pacifier (Set of 2) ($4.99). I’m not sure if Faelin will be any different, but as a baby, my son hated the pacifier! It was pretty much rendered useless. Therefore, I didn’t bother giving him one. So, I didn’t experience the issue of having to wean him from a pacifier like some parents have experienced with their children. This will definitely come in handy if Faelin is different from her brother, though!
