Chocolate Shamrock Cocoa

This recipe was generously sent to me to share with our readers.

Chocolate Shamrock Cocoa (Makes 3 to 4 servings)
3 cups Horizon chocolate milk (or any chocolate milk)
3/4 cup Almond Milk
Pinch of Nutmeg
Dash of cold water
Whipped cream and shaved bittersweet chocolate for garnish.

Prep:

In a large heavy saucepan, combine the Horizon chocolate milk, the Almond milk, the water, pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Heat the mixture over low heat, and continue whisking. Gradually bring to a boil, and simmer the hot chocolate, whisking, for 2 minutes. Divide the hot chocolate among mugs and top it with the whipped cream, chocolate or get creative and make a shamrock!
