My 5 year old son has ADHD and I’m not ready to give in to having him being put on medication yet. I was told that a gluten-free diet would improve his behavior. I put him on a mostly gluten-free diet a few weeks ago. Our favorite recipes in this cookbook are Diner-Style Onion Rings, Bruschetta with Warm Tomatoes, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Baked Potato and Bacon Soup. I can honestly say that his behavior at school has improved tremendously at school since I’ve put him on this diet. He’s still a little energetic, but now he’s being more of a typical 5 year old rather than being super hyper.
